Dealer Auction Policies

  1. : This auction is for licensed automotive dealers only. Dealer must be registered to buy, sell, or lease motor vehicles, and must have a bidder badge. Photo ID is required to obtain a bidder badge.
  2. All titles and ownership papers must be processed through our office.
  3. All cars purchased and/or sold on premises must be paid for and processed through the auction.
  4. All titles must be submitted in the Seller's name.
  5. The Seller has 10 business days to provide title. After the 10th day, the buyer has the option to return the vehicle with 24 hour notice.
  6. Units MUST BE paid for on the day of the sale in order to release gate passes.
  7. All police cars, taxis, municipal cars, reconstructed, previous salvage, frame damage and flood cars must be announced.
  8. The Auction is not responsible for warranty books or plates regardless of year, make and model.
  9. The Seller is responsible to disclose any odometer discrepancy.
  10. No warranty is expressed or implied regardless of representation of the vehicle on the block.
  11. It is the BUYER'S obligation to watch the lights and listen to the announced conditions.
  12. Ride and Drive “green light” or Engine and Drive Train “yellow light” vehicles must be settled by Monday, no later than 4PM. The vehicle in question must be present at the auction by 4PM.
  13. GCAA is a proud member and abides by the NAAA arbitration standards. Please review the attached NAAA arbitration guidelines.
  14. Vehicles sold under $ 1,500 are 100% as is and void of any arbitration regardless of light system.
  15. The auction will facilitate the paperwork on all "OFF THE BLOCK" sales with full agreement between the buyer and the seller.
  16. "IF" Sales will be binding through end of day Friday. The buyer has the option to negate the transaction at the end of day. "IF" sales that have expired can be reinstated between the buyer and the seller Monday morning.
  17. Tow (2) wheel drive trucks and SUVs must be announced.
  18. Canadian vehicles must be announced.
  19. Auction will not be responsible for incorrect info. Such as year and mileage on windshield card. Take time to know what you’re bidding on.
  20. In the event there is a discrepancy on price or representation, the audio/video from the lane will be reviewed.
  21. Information found on vehicle history reports such as Carfax and AutoCheck is not in itself proof of title history or defect and the vehicle is not subject to arbitration.
  22. The buyer should not spend any money toward upgrades or repairs on any vehicle purchased until the title has been delivered.
  23. All vehicles must be paid for and removed from lot by Wednesday end of business day of the following week. In the event they are not removed, the vehicle will be towed and the purchaser will be responsible for paying tow fee and storage fee. ($25 a day)
